The ecommerce4all.eu platform is a resource and information center on key e-commerce aspects for all CEFTA markets (North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo*, Montenegro, and Moldova). The web platform consists of relevant e-commerce data and resources, including basic e-commerce data, interactive graphs, and data on CEFTA e-commerce market development, as well as data on key aspects of doing business in e-commerce.

The data on key aspects of doing business in e-commerce is structured in five modules: e-commerce data, regulation, payment, delivery, and e-commerce success stories in all CEFTA markets. Each of these modules will contain relevant market-specific information, tutorials, manuals, topic-related documents, and video presentations, except for the first module “e-commerce data” which is meant to present the state of e-commerce in all CEFTA markets through statistics and data on the development of the e-commerce markets (interactive graphs of the state of e-commerce in each market and comparisons of e.g. customers, payment cards, digital skills, UNCTAD B2C e-commerce readiness index and other relevant Eurostat data). All data will be presented in both the local language of each of the CEFTA markets and in English.

The web platform can serve all companies locally to do e-commerce business in their market, but more importantly, it can serve their plans to spread to other CEFTA markets.

The development of the web platform ecommerce4all.eu as part of the project “Regional E-commerce platform for all” comes after the successful launch of the Ecommerce4All.mk web platform for the Macedonian market in 2020.

Starting from November 2021, the Macedonian E-Commerce Association together with the project partners is developing and expanding the platform regionally, making it available to all CEFTA markets, with the support of the Regional foreign trade fund – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

The project “Regional E-commerce platform for all” will be implemented in three phases, wherein each phase different modules of the web platform will be developed. The development of the modules is adapted to each of the 7 CEFTA markets depending on the resources and the possibilities for realization of each module. The modules will be developed and launched in collaboration with local partners from all CEFTA markets.

Through the implementation of this regional platform, e-sellers from the region, who plan to expand their e-commerce businesses beyond their markets in the years that follow, have at their disposal a unified point from which they will be able to provide all necessary relevant e-commerce related information for all markets in the region.
